We specialise in the weddingand conference market as well as enjoying a very strongshare of the regions Leisure market.We are seeking a service minded and highlymotivated individual, with an eye for detail.The ideal candidate will have the following profile: Minimum 10 years experience within F&B and 3years as an Assistant or F&B Manager Hands on Operator Strong Leadership Qualities, and one who leadsby example Capable of developing financial & operationalprocedures Strong Financial & Business acumen Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost control Previous marketing and promotional experience Experience organising & running events Previous experience setting up conference &wedding functions Banqueting experience. An understanding of conference audio visualrequirements.
