The Diplomat Hotel is seeking a casual Sous Chef for an immediate start for our busy a-la-carte restaurant in the inner south. The Diplomat Bar & Grill is open for breakfast and dinner, seven days a week.
The successful candidate:
- must be a team-player and able to work independently
- must be flexible with their availability
- will work alongside our Executive Chef and Apprentice Chef
- must be experienced in a-la-carte
The successful candidate will typically work 20-30 hours at above Award rates, primarily during the evenings and on weekends, however must be flexible and able to work functions as required.
