Our client is a provider of financial services to clients throughout Australia, with offices in various centres.
They require an administration & clerical assistant to join their small Griffith-based team. You will be responsible for handling the administration of transactions, liaising with 3rd party organisations, handling enquiries from clients regarding their accounts and other general admin and clerical duties.
To join this organisation, you will need to display, in your application, all of the following skills and attributes:
- previous experience in an administration / clerical role
- prior bookkeeping experience (this is NOT a bookkeeping role however an understanding of this would be very helpful to you)
- a very high level of attention to detail
- an easy going, energetic attitude to your work and colleagues
- solid computer skills and a friendly and enthusiastic phone manner
