One of Australia's largest producers of Wine & Alcoholic Beverages is seeking an experienced leading hand to join their production site in Sydneys West on the afternoon shift.
Reporting to the Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the output of the bottling lines; ensuring ????? ?????, quality, efficiency, cost and service standards are priorities.
This is an afternoon shift across five days, Monday to Friday. The position will be remunerated on an hourly basis and any overtime will be paid at penalty rates.
Your key performance objectives will be to:
* Lead and direct staff to achieve production targets.
* Ensure all aspects of production are achieved.
* Ensure Quality Control is according to benchmark standards.
* Ensure OHS practices are adhered to.
To be successful in this role you must possess previous experience as a Leading Hand in a fast paced production environment preferrably within the Beverage/Wine industry, or have extensive experience as a production worker.
You will possess excellent communication skills, display strong leadership skills and the ability to problem solve.
