This is an excellent opportunity to join this division of an international organisation, a market leader in the supply of mechanical componentry to heavy industry, a world leader in its specialised field.

An opportunity exists for a vibrant Senior Customer Service Officer to join their team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for processing all orders and liaising with the warehouses. You will deal with a variety of calls relating to purchase orders, delivery issues, dealing with customer complaints and general enquiries.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

• Processing of orders for customers and internally
• Order preparation for the warehouses
• Constant liaison with transport companies following up delivery issues
• Accurate invoicing to all customers
• Monthly reconciliation of invoices processed to the warehouse & transport
• Return of goods from the customer back to the respective warehouse
• Creating summary picks for deliveries to stores
• Consumer complaints nationally
• Weekly-Monthly Line/Order fill rate reporting.

The successful candidate will possess:

 

• High level of organisational, time management and problem solving skills
• Accurate data entry
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong & professional customer service skills with a confident approach
• You will be pro-active, have a positive attitude and be self motivating
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Applications and SAP experience.
