The position provides a Primary health care focused Paediatric Physiotherapy service to clients of Goulburn Health Service.
Responsibilities include assessment and treatment of children with physical disorders within the Goulburn region, support and liaison with parents and school teachers and interdisciplinary consultation and referral to the other agencies as required for further investigations and treatments.
This position is currently graded at a Level 3 however Greater Southern Area Health will consider appointment of clinicians who do not have extensive experience in the area of paediatric physiotherapy at a lower level. GSAHS will work with these clinicians to develop their skills up to a Level 3 Senior Clinician.
