Due to Konekt opening a new office in Tuggerah, we have an exciting opportunity available for a suitably experienced Employment Consultant to be part of setting up the new Tuggerah branch. Your clients will be injured workers who are unable to return to their previous role and are referred to you by insurance companies that Konekt work with. Ideally you will have 2+ years experience working in JSA’s and achieving outcomes for people with significant barriers to employment.

Due to Konekt providing an entire suite of services to all types of business, you will find that 2 days are never the same. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, job profile assessments, networking with local employers, interviewing injured workers and monitoring compliance.
