An exciting contract currently exists for an experienced and professional Accounts Payable Officer who has experience processing at volume levels. You will be assisting a growing and successful construction organisation based in the heart of the Central Coast.
Daily your duties with include but not be limited to:
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Processing of supplier invoices approximately at volume levels
Linking of purchase orders to supplier invoice detail
Weekly payment run
Extensive data entry and database management
Handling Staff / Client grievances regarding accounts/payments
