Property Manager
Gosford area

Our client is looking for an experienced Real Estate Professional or similar to manage a portfolio of Tenants & Properties in the Gosford area.
Overview of duties:
- Assessment interviews with applicants, sensitively, providing additional information regarding external support providers where required
- Allocation of housing stock, sign-ups, including the preparation and signing of leases, costings and condition reports
- Handling breaches of tenancies and rent arrears including tenant’s re-assessments
- Legal preparation and attendance at CTT hearings
- Regular inspections, condition reports & end of tenancy inspections
- Encourage tenant and community support and participation
- Implement planned community housing responses to identified needs
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous housing/property management experience
- Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate assistance
- Interviewing Skills
- Cultural and Social awareness
- Negotiation and Conflict resolution skills
- Current NSW Drivers License
- Competent in using computer packages such as Office; including Word, Excel and Power-Point.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
