An opportunity exists to join a forward thinking operations company and lead the capital works and asset management aspects of the business.
Reporting through to the Projects Director, you will lead engineering, property planning and development and environmental planning.
Through your team of projects delivery staff, you will ensure projects are executed on time and to budget in line with performance targets.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:
- Managing multiple projects across tendering ????? ????? management
- Engineering ????? ?????
- Engaging contractors and consultants to add value to the project
- Leadership skills – ability to lead a team
- Preparation and implementation of capital works budgets
- Asset management and development
- OH+S Management Systems
