My client is a dynamic construction company based in the Central Coast. Established and a well known contractor in the region they are committed in completing quality projects in the government, commercial, large residential and hospitality sectors.

Due to expansion and the recent successful tenders of educational projects, they are now in the market for several site foremen to join their small and established professional team.

The position will entitle the right candidate to supervise commercial / government projects to the value of $2 - $5Mil all across the Central Coast, Upper North Shore and Lower Newcastle regions.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the responsibilities will be the following;

• Total site supervision of project from site set-out to hand over of projects
• Management of site staff and trades
• OH&S Inductions and management
• Site administration, project reports, scheduling and ordering
• Client and consultant meetings

Ideally the right candidate must possess the following;

• Holds the right qualifications
• Min 5 yrs Supervisory experience
• Hands-On approach to supervision (Not someone who is just comfortable in giving orders)
• Proficient in operating a computer and working on software packages
• Proven track record of working for the right companies
• Extensive experience in Government or Commercial projects to the value of $2Mil+
• High competency in OH&S and Quality Assurance

The position is immediate for the right candidate and will have the "starting-off" salary of $90 - $95K package (Open for negotiation). Annual reviews, allowances and bonuses are already in place.
