Well-known and respected Commercial/Residential construction company in the Central Coast is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their proactive and experienced team to work on Medium Density projects as well as Commercial and School projects. This organisation is currently offering a great opportunity for the right Contract Administrator with endless career progression and rewards. This company is involved in all forms of projects ranging from $500k- $10Million dollars. As an Contract Administrator: To be successful in this application, the candidate must have: - Minimum of 3-5 yrs experience within a similar position.
- Degree Qualified, Diploma or something similar.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivation and organisational skills.
- Solid understanding of the construction process and proficiency with BUILDSOFT would be advantageous but not essential.
- Motivation and Attention to detail
The role of an Contract Administrator includes: -
- Assisting with the completion of final accounts
- Preparing subcontractor payments
- Hiring Subcontractor Packages
- Administering claims and variations
- Dealing with Site Managers
