Project Manager - Gosford & Erina Projects

Established Builder / Contractor.

High End Salary Package.

My client is a multi-disciplinary construction company who specialises in construction of Commercial, Educational, Aged Care Living, Hospitality and Residential projects.

A privately owned medium sized construction company, they have progressed as one of the Central Coast's premier Mid Tier Company.

Project Manager

Requirements;
Minimum 5 yrs Project Management experience.
Degree or Trade Qualifications.
Total management of projects valued up to $5M+.
Extensive knowledge in procurement, tendering ????? ????? for hard dollar projects.
Proven track record of excellent client relations skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Knowledge and experience in Commercial, Retail, Aged Care, High End Residential and Educational sectors.

The successful candidates will manage a team of administrators and site staff and will be responsible for programming several projects around the Northern Sydney, the Central Coast, and the Hunter regions.

Salary Package is open for negotiation but is promised to be extremely rewarding. Vehicle and salary reviews are in place. Project Managers average salary packages can range from $110K - $120K (Negotiable through experience).
