Our client, is currently seeking an experienced Internal Control Officer to join the finance team. The successful candidate will be a senior member of the finance team and will be rreporting to the Director of Finance along with the Management Accounting Manager and the Revenue Manager.

The successful applicant will be required to develop an Internal Control Plan and to be the senior investigator of internal control issues, including the development of control solutions and their implementation of plans as well as handling project management and post implementation review are a critical components of the role.

To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following;

• Tertiary Qualifications - Majoring ????? ????? or Business
• Previous experience in an accounting or auditing role, preferably for a large organisation
• The ability to manage multiple projects and leading post implementation review including projects involving internal control solutions
• Demonstrated experience and skills using Financial Managemenr Systems, such as Oracle advanced Excel and Ms Word skills
• Extensive knowledge of the Australian Accounting Standards 
• Ability to establish good working relationships with both internal and external customers and staff
• High level of written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including report writing
