Data Entry Clerk

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Your main responsibility as the contract site’s Data Entry Clerk will be to provide support in the form of the following administration tasks:

  • Adhering ????? ????? Sandvik Mining and Construction Policies & Procedures especially the OH&S and Environmental policies
  • General data entry, typing and administration.
  • Creating Work Orders, Purchase Requisitions, entering ????? ????? labour information in Maximo (Materials Management Program).
  • Assist with stock take in Workshop on site.
  • Maintenance of all paper records including regular archiving.
  • Complete site flight forms for all personnel and visitors.

YOUR PROFILE

Our ideal candidate will firstly be willing to work on a remote mine site on a Fly In/ Fly Out roster. You will also be team focused, self-motivated and be confident enough to demonstrate initiative.

In order to be successful in this role you will need fast and accurate data entry skills, be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Maximo (Materials Management Program) will be highly desirable.
