My client is an established food manufacturer operating in the Byron Bay region. Due to their continued success and growth they now require an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team.

Reporting to the Production Manager the successful candidate will ideally have strong supervision experience within a food production environment.

General duties will include but not limited to:

• Daily management of staff
• Monitor and action compliance with Hygiene and Safety Policy in the section
• Ensure the safety of plant, equipment and personnel
• Monitor and direct work flow through the area
• Liaise with other sections to ensure work flow is unimpeded
• Minimise waste and report instances of potential process improvement
• Ensure orders are completed in full on time
• Prompt reporting of all injuries occurring ????? ????? area
• Monitoring ????? ????? and your worker's compliance with company safety guidelines and requirements

• Ability to follow and effectively carry out instructions
• Ability to communicate instructions to fellow workers
