As OneSteel Metaland is a retail focused business within OneSteel, this branch will be set up to target the smaller unplanned market segments. Being an active member of your team you will use your hands on approach to lead this branch towards success with these customers in mind. This is a multifunctional position that will give you the opportunity to continue to be an expert at what you do at OneSteel as well as an avenue to lead a small Metaland branch compromising of warehouse and sales staff.
You will maintain a safe workplace and achieve agreed targets in relation to financial measures and key performance indicators.
Key challenges of the role include:
- Ensuring ????? ????? efficient warehousing practices
- Stretching sales and customer service levels via personal representation and initiative
- Continual team and individual growth through the OneSteel Leadership Competencies and Performance Management models
- Establishing Action Plans and the achievement of budget/financial targets
- Maintaining the ‘OneSteel’ image, protecting its assets, and contributing to the development and achievement of Divisional objectives.
As this is a key role for our business you will have a proven track record in previous leadership roles. You will have a commitment to safety in all that you do coupled with the ability to engage others.
