This permanent position will encompass all areas of Family Law including property settlements and matters involving children. In addition you will represent clients in court and it is essential you have experience in the following:
- relevant court experience;
- the ability to maintain your client matters;
- well developed mediation, dispute resolution and negotiation skills;
- sound knowledge of Family Law legislation;
- exceptional time management skills;
- advanced communication skills;

You will enjoy the full scope of Family Law matters on behalf of private clients and be heavily involved in representing clients in the dispute resolution processes. To be successful you will be currently practising with a quality law firm with demonstrated family law experience. You have the confidence to work autonomously, but also enjoy working with a team.

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary package negotiable based on relevant experience. In addition you will enjoy working in modern surrounds with support services.
