Our client has a requirement for a Desktop Support Analyst to join an existing team, who supports a large state wide project environment.
In this role, you and your team members will be supporting over 2000 users across multiple locations in the general administration, maintenance and support of hardware, LAN/WAN and a Novell/Microsoft SOE.
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience supporting the following:
• Novell Products (Netware/ZENworks)
• Microsoft Products (workstation and server software)
• Lotus Notes or other enterprise email systems
• Windows XP operating systems
