  • Our client is one of the leading hotel venues located on the Gold Coast and an exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Learning and Development specialist to join this dynamic team.

    Working within an organisation committed to the professional development of its people you will be a highly motivated, creative individual who is driven to achieve results. The role is accountable for managing all aspects of learning and organisational development across the property ensuring ????? ????? and organisational objectives are met.

    Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this is a strategic role which will involve contributing to the design and implementation of programs aimed at improving organisational effectiveness and employee development. You will also play a critical role in identifying the learning needs of individual employees and mapping effective development plans.

    You will be responsible for monitoring ????? ????? the quality and productivity of the learning initiatives that are in place and you will provide valuable support to departmental managers, providing guidance and support across their people needs.

    To be successful for this role you will have qualifications in Certificate IV Training and Assessment and a proven track record in a Learning & Development role, ideally in a hotel or service related organisation. An eye for detail and a solid track record in the design, development and implementation of training programs is essential.
