A long term contract is available with this dynamic employer. This highly regarded team is currently seeking a strategic planner to assist with policy review, drafting policy and policy development for major infrastructure and capital works projects.

Your responsibilities will include the review of significant planning applications and assessment of implications for strategic land use planning, assessment of proposed scheme amendments, assisting in the implementation of Gold Coast strategic initiatives, as well as contributing to the development of a broad range of strategic land use planning policies and guidelines, and contributing to the review of the strategic statement and planning scheme.

To be considered for this position you will be suitably qualified in planning and have worked directly in strategic planning.
