Furthermore, you will have exposure to both tenders and contract administration.

As the successful applicant you will ideally have:

• Experience in residential contract administration & estimating
• Exposure to Microsoft programs, Buildsoft, Databuild, Timberline
• The ability to contribute in a busy environment
• A good team work ethic where you will go that extra mile to get the job done.
