Administration Assistant

  • Adaptalift Hyster is a leading Materials Handling and Forklift supplier to the Australian Industrial Market. With a recent acquisition of the Hyster Dealerships in Australia, Adaptalift Hyster is seeking to appoint a full time Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.

    The role would encompass the following:

    • Telephone/Reception
    • General office administration duties (sales, service & rental)
    • Coordinating and organisation of parts & transport (some light store work) 
    • Liaising with customers as required.

    Key skills and attributes required for this position are:

    • Good phone manner (customer focussed)
    • Good computer skills (MS Office essential)
    • Previous experience with Microsoft Great Plains will be highly regarded
    • Good organisation skills
    • Ability to multi-task

    Previous experience in capital equipment or hire / rental would be advantageous but not necessary.
