One of Queensland's fastest growing businesses our client has effectively doubled their size in six months. Due to their rapid expansion and intention to continue they are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their finance team.

Reporting to the Directors you will responsible for the following:

• Provide key operational and strategic financial support to the business
• Monthly reporting and annual statutory reporting;
• Budgeting and planning process
• Cash flow and project projections
• Preparation for audits
• Supervision of Business Units administration team for items such as debtors, creditors, wages, GST and FBT
• Managing relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders;
• Income & indirect tax compliance
• Maintenance of the group asset register
• Play a major role in strategic finance projects, change management programs and reviewing policies, processes and procedures

To secure this role you will ideally be CA/CPA qualified and have extensive accounting experience within a busy environment. You will possess well-developed Excel skills and an advanced working knowledge of accounting packages.
