Would you like to work with a business that is continuing to move forward in the current climate? Would you like to partner with the directors to ensure sound financial management of a recession proof service business? Are you available to take up a permanent position in the next 4 weeks?

Our client is a medium sized service business that is well established and is looking at further growth in the next 12-18 months. Working closely with the directors you will be responsible for day to day financial management of the business and improvement of current practices.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for -

• Developing improved month end accounts
• Weekly revenue reporting
• Statutory reporting
• BAS, FBT, tax compliance
• Budget preparation and regular reforecasting
• Management of debtors
• Supervision of 3 accounts staff
• Continual improvement of existing processes and systems

The successful candidate for this role will be CA/CPA qualified with proven experience of running a small accounts department. You will take ownership of the role, providing support to your team and continually improving the reporting provided to the Board. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a company who are looking at continually improving best practice whilst growing and diversifying into new fields.
