Our client is a large, well known iconic business based on the Gold Coast. Due to an increase in activity and revenue, a position has now been created in their Business Analysis department for a Junior Analyst to support the Senior Business Analysts. This will be a great career step for an Assistant Accountant who has a flair for analysis.

Working as part of a medium sized team, you will be a critical addition to the team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with generation and distribution of reports (daily and weekly reports on revenue, wages, cost of goods, actual vs budget etc), assisting with developing new reports, assisting with extracting information from the database, making recommendations to improve existing reports.

The successful candidate for this role will be degree qualified and have had experience as an Assistant Accountant within a large company. You will have at least intermediate Excel skills with a good working knowledge of a large accounting package. You will have a pedantic attention to detail with well developed communications skills.
