Accounts Assistant

This well established property developer is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to assist the Finance Manager due to an increase in workload. With new projects ready to go ahead, they have an immediate need and the role will become a permanent full time position for the successful candidate. Working at their site head office, your responsibilities will include - - Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations for 10 accounts
- Weekly EFT payment runs
- Liaising with suppliers and site staff
- Cover for Payroll
This is a great role for a down to earth Accounts Assistant who had ideally had experience either in a construction company or on site. Timberline knowledge is a pre-requisite, candidates without proven experience in a job costing/construction accounting package will not be considered.
