You will ideally be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience as a civil design engineer. You will have strong leadership and communication skills and the passion to move into a leadership role in the near future.
Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $75 - 100K +benefits+. Salaries outside this range are available for those with more or outstanding experience.
