A leading Gold Coast based company with multiple regional sites has developed a new role to ensure the company meets is operational and communications objectives.
Reporting to a busy General Manager, the person will be responsible for shifting the administrative workload away from the General Manager, allowing him time to drive the strategic, financial, business development and contractual aspects of the company.
This role will appeal to people who have initiative and self motivation, and has responsibility for corporate and operational administrative activities, organising, preparing ????? ?????-up for a variety of regular meetings, and implementing the company’s new communication plan. Additionally, coordinating staff recruitment induction and training are significant parts of the role.
Ideally candidates will have very strong administrative and computing software knowledge and experience, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. They must be service and team oriented, outgoing and able to influence others.
