The Opportunity
Our White Collar construction business has been established in Brisbane for 5 years. We see a gap in the market for a recruitment company who can combine speed and quality in Blue AND White Collar recruitment and are therefore looking to recruit an experienced consultant to leverage off our existing Construction contacts to launch their own Blue Collar construction recruitment business.
The opportunity is also there to go on to grow a team around YOU thereby creating a transparent and genuine career path for the successful applicant to Team Leader and beyond.
Based in our modern, riverside CBD office you will be able to use a huge current database of hot clients in order to build the Blue Collar business. With the lowest staff turnover amongst its competitors and an outstanding culture of success the Brisbane Office of Hill McGlynn is an enviable place to work.
The requirements and rewards
To be successful in this role we require you to have at least 2.5 years experience in Recruitment, ideally but not necessarily in freelance / temp or contract recruitment impeccable communication skills, a competitive spirit and a genuine passion for people are essential as is a burning desire to succeed.
