An exciting position has arisen for a creative, energetic, team orientated Early Childhood / Kindergarten Teacher with well developed communication skills to join our innovative Early Childhood Intervention team.

Working as part of a trans-disciplinary, professional team that integrates the developmental, educational and therapy needs of children aged 0-6 years with developmental delays or disabilities in small group or individual settings
bestchance Child Family Care is a not-for-profit community agency based in Glen Waverley with plenty of off-street parking. Providing eight different programs with early childhood being the focus.
Located in a purpose built state of the art, children's centre, this is almost a full time position working 35 hours per week, commencing in February 2010. Conditions of employment are as per MECA 2005 and will alter slightly with the introduction of the new industrial agreement in 2010. Attractive salary packaging is available after a probationary period.
Post graduate Special Education qualifications an advantage.
Essential:
- Kindergarten Teacher Qualification which is recognised by DEECD
- Working With Children Check
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Approved Anaphylaxis Management Training
- Willingness to apply for a Police Record Check
