You will be part of an already established successful team providing excellent customer service where your good communication skills at all levels are required.

One of your main functions, but not limited to, will be in project scheduling providing information to estimating and drafting teams thus ensuring ????? ????? are met.

Organising colour appointments with the appropriate department.

You will also be responsible for collating and lodging permit applications to Council in a timely manner.

You will build rapport with building supervisors and contractors alike.

To be successful in your application you will need to have previous experience in the residential building industry and understanding of framework and/or databuild.
