Reporting to the Deputy CEO/Client Services Manager, who oversees the operations of our programs (Child Care, Early Childhood Intervention, Parent and Child Support, Training, Community Support, Cheshire Primary School and Volunteers) The primary function of this role is to provide high-level secretarial, administrative and office support whilst maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
The successful candidate must have personal integrity and be mature minded to work autonomously when required. Excellent organisational and problem solving skills along with the ability to build effective working relationships with all staff are critical to this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Diary, time management and scheduling appointments

Typing, drafting, formatting correspondence, documents and applications

Coordinating events

Ensuring ????? ????? and procedures are followed and developed to enhance accuracy, timeliness and presentation of work

Preparation of PowerPoint presentations

Liaising with IT support to resolve any IT issues

Greeting clients and announcing/screening calls

Reception and general admin duties as required

Minute taking
-
Collation and presentation of documents, including scanning, image manipulation, layouts etc.
Essential:

Excellent Microsoft Office skilling including Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint
