MONASH CITY COUNCIL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER COUNCILLOR SUPPORT OFFICER
The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the Mayor & Councillors by supporting the Personal Assistant to the Mayor & Councillors.
Duties include: Diary management; Coordination of Mayoral/ Councillor functions/invitations; Preparation of correspondence; Research; Meeting co-ordination; Phone call ????? ????? liaison; Preparation for the deliver of Citizenship Ceremonies etc.
The successful applicant will have: Flexibility, initiative and positive approach; well developed verbal and written communication skills; High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion; Demonstrated experience in computer operation/PC skills, incl. Microsoft Office; Well developed time management skills; Demonstrated customer service experience; Ability to work independently as well as gain co-operation and assistance from other employees; Assertiveness.
The position is required to work 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, from
10am – 2pm
Commencing salary is $458 per week (Band 4).
