Are you an experienced sales rep looking to move into a management role?
My client has experienced solid growth through a time that has seen a lot of their competitors lose traction and market share.
To join their Gladstone team, they require an organised, multi skilled and team focussed individual, to operate in a split capacity of sales rep & branch manager.
You will be responsible for:
- liaising with clients, managing existing accounts and developing new business
- the management of the branch, including overseeing 8 staff across a number of different disciplines (internal sales, production, distribution)
- reporting to head office on branch effectiveness and profitability
In your application, we will be looking for:
- previous sales experience and demonstrated success in a technical field
- the attitude and desire to take the next step to a branch management role
- excellent leadership & communication skills
- a driven personality that will see you adding real value to this organisation
