Esso Australia Pty Ltd, an affiliate of ExxonMobil, is currently seeking a Wellwork Supervisor for its Bass Strait operations. The position is on an even time roster with two-week rotations based from Sale and is a residential role requiring the successful candidate to be located near to Gippsland, Victoria.
You will be a natural leader and enjoy the responsibilities of a Wellwork Supervisor whose primary focus is on the delivery of safe, efficient and cost-effective operations. You will have significant experience with offshore oil & gas production and understand the relationship between the operator and its contracted rig and oilfield services personnel.
Your commitment to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in oilfield production and operations will be paramount as will be your ability to think laterally and problem solve technical issues in a high pressure environment. Your decisive nature will be balanced by a considered approach to influencing multi-disciplined teams towards optimum outcomes.
This pivotal role offers broad exposure to multiple functions within the upstream business, along with the backup of a global support organisation.
