We are looking for a quality Division 1 Nurse with excellent clinical skills, to take on the role as the Care Coordinator, in their facility on Victoria's south coast, about 1 1/2 hours from Melbourne. You will be part of the Management Leadership team and will receive great support from the facility manager as well as the executive team.

You will:

• Possess quality interpersonal and communication skills
• Have sound ACFI and Aged Care knowledge and experience
• Be someone with excellent people skills and a passion for quality
• Have current Division 1 Nursing registration with excellent clinical skills
• Have a can do approach
