Senior statutory planning contract is available less than 1 ½ hours east of Melbourne. This shire is surrounded by rolling green hills, towns, mountains and top agricultural land. Your key responsibilities will include examining, assessing, reporting and making recommendations on various planning applications, providing advice to applicants and developers, and preparing ????? ????? VCAT on behalf of council.
                                                                                                        
To be suitable for this position you will be qualified in town planning and have previous experience working within a statutory planning department. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will also possess strong negotiation, time management and customer service skills. You will be hard working, self motivated and enjoy a challenge.
