HR Advisor - OH&S

  • We currently have available a HR Advisor role, with focus in OH&S.  This permanent position is based in Western suburb.

    To be eligible for this role, candidates should have the following experience and qualifications:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HRM, Psychology and relevant discipline
    • At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with proven track records in managing OH&S in a manufacturing ????? ?????
    • Experience in putting in place OH&S systems & procedures, claims management, return to work, etc.
    • Other experience in HR eg. recruitment, training & development, IR/ER, performance & reward management would be an advantage

    Personal attributes for this role:

    • HR generalist with passion in OH&S
    • Willing to take up daily OH&S challenges and continuous improvement at work place
    • Working alongside manufacturing ????? ????? management to ensure a safe working environment and healty workforce
