Continued success has allowed them now to seek an experienced Building Supervisor.    
 
You will be experienced to manage a portfolio of residential projects, and your main responsibility is to deliver these projects on time, on budget and to quality standards. This means organising and coordinating trades; organising materials in conjunction with the estimating department; liaising with clients, management and various internal staff; and meeting OHS requirements.
 
Applicants must possess a proven stable track record of building supervision/site management in residential building sector. Ideally, you will also have 5 years minimum experience within a high volume building environment, a trade background in carpentry, and excellent communication and computer skills.
 
Applicants without demonstrated, consistent experience need not apply.
