Due to internal promotion, this client within the growing construction industry is looking for an experienced administration clerk with strong customer service skills to join their office in Geelong.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
·         Receiving inbound calls from internal departments and external stakeholders.
·         Responding to customers calls and screening for senior staff.
·         Data Entry and all systems tracking.
·         Ordering Stationary and running General errands.
·         Various ongoing Admin tasks.

The successful applicant with have superior communication skills, a strong customer service focus, strong IT skills and a quick typing speed. Organisation, time management and ability to work to deadlines will also be highly regarded skills. This is a varied and challenging role that offers many rewards; including a fantastic new work environment and a close knit team who frequently enjoy outings together. Salary package to be determined based on experience. Interviewing is commencing immediately.
