Community Care Worker

Band 1 ($25.04 per hour & Super)
Our Positive Aging Unit requires reliable, enthusiastic people with relevant qualifications and experience to join our team of dedicated staff who work across the shire, undertaking a range of tasks and activities that provide support and enhance the wellbeing of frail aged people, people with disabilities and their carers.
You will have:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Home & Community Care or equivalent.
- Level II First Aid Certificate (or working towards)
- Current Victorian Drivers licence and reliable comprehensively insured motor vehicle essential.
Current Police and Working with Children’s Check required.
