Assets Utilisation Coordinator

 

  • Full time, 38 hours per week, with excellent staff development opportunities

  • Initial 12 month contract. $50,004 per annum plus 9% superannuation

  • Warrnambool based with flexible working arrangements
  • The Institute is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Asset Utilisation Coordinator.

    The successful applicant will be required to coordinator the most efficient use of the Institutes motor vehicle fleet, room utilization and energy usage in accordance with our Institutes sustainability practices.  This includes co-ordination of servicing and maintenance of vehicles, pool car bookings and related administration, along with recommendation of the acquisition and disposal of fleet vehicles. The Coordinator is also responsible for the provision of room bookings and reporting on space utilisation and energy usage across all campuses.

    Applicants should have a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years experience in fleet management or related environment. High level administration skills are essential to be able to manage competing deadlines whilst maintain attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. This role calls for the incumbent to be autonomous for day to day operations, be self directed and work in a flexible work environment.
