Real Estate Finance Administrator

  • Due to a newly created position, this client requires a Finance Administrator to join their established team within the real estate sector, located in central Geelong.

    Some of the main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • BAS and GST
    • Bank & general ledger reconciliations
    • Preparation of Fortnightly Payroll
    • Ad Hoc Office Duties

    To be a successful applicant within this role, you will have:

    • Sub agents licence
    • Strong Spreadsheet Experience Using Excel
    • Excellent Communication & Organisational Skills
    • Experienced with accounting package MYOB
    • Reliable and diligent Mind Set
    • Proven Accuracy In Accounts
    • Solid Time Management Skills
