The Foreman is responsible for the supervision of a road crew of between 4 to 10 employees carrying out sealing and asphalt works of varying complexity. Practical experience in bituminous sealing or asphalt laying is required with preference to experience in both areas.
To be successful in this role you will have a commitment to safety above any other business requirement, understand risk and will not hesitate to stop unsafe practices or situations by exhibiting genuine leadership and on site vision. You will be a team player who is hands on and displays strong leadership attributes.
