Our client is currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team.
Responsiblities of this role include;
- To drive continuous improvement of product quality and quality metrics within the manufacturing ????? ?????.
- To lead the development and maintenance of processes and documentation which meet the requirements for certification of automotive management systems to ISO/TS16969 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and relevant customer standards
- To lead the audit and management review processes of the operation’s management systems.
- Support implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) values, SH&E policy, accountabilities, plans etc
- To liaise with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with regards to product quality
- To promptly communicate customer issues to relevant personnel and where relevant suppliers.
- Monitor supplier product quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess;
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in quality systems, engineering ????? ?????
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer literacy of Microsoft Office suite
