This is a true leadership role where you can demonstrate your extensive community aged care and staff management experience.
Based in Geelong, our integrated services model requires a highly skilled manager to lead the Barwon Region Care Packages and Community Support Services team in the provision of in-home and community services.
To successfully operate in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in Social Science/Health/Business and extensive experience in managing the delivery of aged care services within a person centred care model. You will also have a proven history in successfully managing teams to deliver high-quality services within a challenging growth sector.
