    Position Purpose
     
    To provide support to senior staff within the Admissions, Enrolments and Records Group (AER) running major events and projects. The position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the AER’s quality assurance processes in line with its current ISO accreditation. In addition, the position oversees and maintains the group’s hard copy publications and website information.
     
    Principal Accountabilities
     
     
    • To provide high level support for admission and enrolment events.
    • To ensure the Admissions Enrolments and Records website information is current and accurate.
    • To maintain the accuracy of Admission Enrolment and Record’s written publications.
    • To support the Manager in relation to the Admission Enrolment and Record’s ISO accreditation processes.

     

    Typical Duties

     
    • Assist with admissions and enrolment events to ensure these run efficiently and effectively.
    • Develop, maintain and monitor schedules for enrolment and admission events .
    • Develop schedules to maintain and update hard copy publications to ensure accuracy and currency of content in relation to admissions and enrolments.
    • Develop schedules to maintain and update AER’s website information to ensure accuracy and currency of content.
    • Develop schedules to assist with managing major events such as VTAC enrolments, mid-year enrolments, international enrolments and re-enrolments.
    • Maintain the AER ISO registers and co-ordinate the production and storage of work instructions for the group to ensure ISO compliance at all times.
    • Provide backup for the processing team as requested.
    • Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
    • Other duties as directed by the Manager, Group Leader and Divisional Director.
