Our Guest Service Managers will provide the key connection with our guests. From arrival, to arranging daily itineraries, coordinating the overall delivery of Saffire unique products and services, and to the guest’s departure, and beyond – above all creating a guest service relationship based on care, empathy, gift-giving, and fun.  

 

Ideally you will have a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification –industry experience will naturally be considered. The right attitude, a thirst for knowledge and an enjoyment in helping impart new skills to others is paramount.
