We are looking for a Sous Chef with the ability to maintain a hands-on approach to kitchen management and operations. Active engagement with the local community and surrounds to build local knowledge, relationships and supply channels is a unique offering ????? ????? role. Aside from day-to-day operations in the kitchen, our Sous Chef will also play an active role enhancing our guest’s experiences.
As a qualified chef, you will have proven experience working in quality establishments. Above all else a thirst for knowledge and an enjoyment in helping impart new skills to others is paramount.
